'I have been looking for one everywhere!' Shoppers go wild for ASDA's new unicorn birthday cake
And it's as magical as you think...
ASDA have started selling an adorable unicorn birthday cake and shoppers have praised the supermarket on social media for jumping on the trend.
Magical unicorn cakes have been taking social media by storm this year, so much so that they're on many little ones' top wishes for their birthdays.
While you can bake your own for a special occasion, it could take some serious time and money - which is why ASDA have decided to lend desperate parents everywhere a hand and started selling their own unicorn cake.
The magical treat is perfect for celebrations, and costs only £10 for 18 serving - while you'd be expected to pay around £50 or more for a bespoke unicorn cake from a bakery.
The supermarket posted a video of the beautiful cake on their Facebook page, which got an amazing reaction from shoppers with over 2k shares and 920k views.

Many users took to the comments section to praise the supermarket for the new launch, with a lot of parents saying their little ones were desperate to get a unicorn cake for their birthday and ASDA's meant they could get one without spending a fortune.

One wrote: 'I have been looking for one everywhere! Our little girl is having an unicorn/rainbow birthday party so this will be perfect!
A second commented: 'Oh wow... This cake looks really nice and my little girl is a big fan of unicorn... She will be very happy on her birthday. I'm definitely going to buy it. Thanks asda.'
'Wish I had known about it last month as it would have saved me a lot of stress in trying to create my own 😂' a third agreed.
The cake is part of ASDA's new unicorn range of party accessories, which include unicorn paper plates, cups, napkins, bunting, invitations and gift wrap.
However, it's not the first time ASDA have launched their own unicorn cake - the supermarket launched another version last year, but many took to social media to complain about how the cake was decorated because it looked 'deformed'.
One said: 'Looking for a birthday cake today for my daughter and @asda had this gorgeous #unicorn cake 😂 #asdafail'
Another customer said on Twitter: 'think you need to sack your cake decorator! Poor deformed unicorn.'
Looks like it's second time lucky for ASDA... 🦄
