Peach and raspberry cupcakes
These pretty bakes are made with real peaches and raspberries. Fold diced peaches into your cupcake batter – it’s a good idea to use 1tbsp of the flour to coat them first, as this will stop them sinking to the bottom of your cakes.

Peach Melba
We love a pud with a story behind it! Peach Melba was invented by legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier in the 1890s, to honour Australian opera singer Nellie Melba on her visit to London. The combo of peaches, raspberry sauce and cream or ice cream is still a hit today.
