Posh has got a new hair do!
Victoria Beckham’s a gym bunny. Last week, she said that she can’t get enough of the treadmill at her Beverly Hills gym, even though in the past she’s talked of hating exercise.

‘I run four miles, seven days a week,’ she said. ‘I feel energised and healthy. I get up in the morning, drop the kids off at school, then go to the gym. I can think properly, then go home and do some work.

‘I’m eating more. You do eat more when you’re working out. And it makes you want to eat healthily, too, so it’s good all round.’

An insider at the Rodeo Drive gym, where Posh joins other celebrities including George Clooney, tells Now: ‘She power walks on the treadmill and uses the step machine, which is probably to give herself a rounded butt. That’s what’s missing from her body – you really do have to sweat to get those curves.’

Posh visits on her own wearing a smart but unobtrusive black vest and leggings combo. She loses herself in music on her iPod while she works out.

‘David puts music on my iPod and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers that have a little chip allowing you to clock how far you’re running,’ she reveals.

Victoria, 34, is known for staying skinny by careful dieting and relying on low-fat, low-carb meals that are usually steamed. But now she insists that she’s not only upped her calorie intake to suit her new fitness regime, but also eats toast for breakfast.
