Relieving the symptoms of acid reflux disease
I kept waking up in the night with horrible burning acid, which the doctor told me was acid reflux. A friend recommended I should try and sleep on my left side with my head raised slightly. Apparently this means your stomach is higher than your oesophagus, which helps stop acid reflux. I've been sleeping through the night undisturbed since!

I've tried loads of acid reflux medicines and tablets, but Zanprol (£9.49 for 14 tablets) works the quickest for me and it lasts all day. I take one tablet every morning.
