Treating alopecia and hair loss

Treating alopecia and hair loss
Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

I was diagnosed with alopecia six months ago. I've only got a few bald patches, but I think they're really noticeable so I use an eyebrow pencil the same colour as my hair to colour the patch, then arrange my parting so it's not so noticeable. I used to get stared at, but now hardly anyone notices my alopecia.

I've had alopecia for years and have tried most cures. Then I found Nourkin Extra Strength Hair Recovery tablets in my local chemist. They weren't a miracle cure but they stopped the hair loss a bit and also improved my skin and nails. They cost £49.95 for 60 so they're a bit pricey but that does last a month.

I would just like to know if I have alopecia or not because I seem to never go to the hairdressers, and my hair falls out, my gran and my Aunt has it too, I'm not sure if it is just a phobia of hairdressers.
