Treating anaemia
My doctor recently told me I was anaemic, but I don't like taking medicines and supplements. A friend suggested eating honey regularly because it has a lot of iron in it. I've been eating honey sandwiches since and have been surprised at the difference it's made with my anaemia.

I'm anaemic so I have to take iron tablets but they make me really constipated. Iron Bisglycinate doesn't though. Vega Iron Bisglycinate tablets (£4.95 for 30 tablets from www.expresschemist.co.uk).
