Stop eczema itching
I've tried loads of things for my eczema but nothing seemed to work. Then my pharmacist recommended Evening Primrose Oil supplements. They contain a special fatty acid called GLA, which can help stop the itching and inflammation. I've found it helps.

Try to avoid harsh steroid creams - I used them for years and they're really bad for your skin longterm. Try using skincare from Eau Thermale Avene or A-Derma - it won't irritate you whatsoever and is based around thermal spring water which is bottled at source - best place to find it is probably Boots. I wouldn't use anything else x x x
