Treating a frozen shoulder
Using hot and cold helps enormously in treating my frozen shoulder. I have a hot shower in the morning to reduce any stiffness. Then, at the end of the day I use ice to reduce any inflammation that has occurred.

My boyfriend recommended an ice wrap for my frozen shoulder after using one on his dodgy knee. I bought three reusable Hot Cold Ice Heat Compress Gel Packs from Amazon for £9.99. I was using a bag of frozen peas before but the gel means these stayed colder longer.
