Remedies for hay fever

Remedies for hay fever
Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

My daughter's hay fever was really bad but she found luffa complex, a homeopathic remedy, helped. It costs £7.40, but that's for 120 tablets - a four-month supply.
Lisa Davis, 56, Bolton, Lancashire

In summer, take vitamin C tablets as it helps the body fight against too much histamine being released, which causes the runny nose and other effects of hay fever.

Ok - I have been suffering for years with terrible hayfeaver - all symptoms ears, nose, eyes, itchy skin and had tried everything - including all over the counter and some doctor medicines, also expensive accupuncture (which did sort of work not good enough). This year i have only very minor irritation without tablets. The cost - £10 a bottle of which I have used 2 bottles so far (herbal remedy - ELDERFLOWER TINCURE 3:1 RATIO starting a month before hayfeaver season continuing untill season ends) and a few over the counter eye drops for when pollen is at it very highest!) What a relief! - Try It - hope it works for you next year!

Hello to all my fellow sniffers - just to let you all know chemistdirect.co.uk have dropped the price of the cetirizine tablets from 58p to an amazing 39p!

Hayfever has plagued both me and my husband (and our bank account!) for as many summers as I can remember now and I spend all my summer either sneezing and snuffling away or spending extortionate amounts on cetirzine tablets. Anyhow, my husband has now dragged me into modern age with a computer and I am getting the hang of the internet. I’ve discovered a site called chemistdirect.co.uk which sells 30 cetirizine tablets for 58p where as normally they cost a tenner from the chemist down the road. I usually pay well over £100 every summer to keep my sneezing at bay. Now I have sneezing under control and I am paying less than I have ever done before. Def recommend this site to other sniffers out there!
