Coping with the after-effects of lymphoma

Coping with the after-effects of lymphoma
Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

I got very depressed after treatment for lymphoma and forced myself to take some gentle exercise and get some fresh air. I also made sure I gave myself some of my favourite treats during the day.
Edna Barnes, 43, Colchester, Essex

I'd never stop taking my other drugs but after I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, a complementary therapist told me to take a supplement called coenzyme Q10. It boosts your immune system and is supposed to slow the spread of cancer. (Nature's Best, Co Q10 100mg, 60 capsules, £26.96, www. www.naturesbest.co.uk).
