Advice on ovarian cysts
I had a small ovarian cyst and feared the worst. My GP said that they would observe it on a regular basis and told me that it was quite common and may not need treatment. It disappeared after three weeks.

I get anaemia as a side effect of my ovarian cysts so I take an iron supplement. Vega Iron Bisglycinate Non-Constipating capsules do the job (30 capsules, £4.95, www.expresschemist.co.uk).

I had a group of 4 ovarian cysts when i was 12 and they were each the size of tennis balls and were twisted. I had an operation to remove them and everythings fine now. I guess you never knoiw whats going to happen in your life and what the consequences are,
