How to relieve the pain of shingles

How to relieve the pain of shingles

I had a really painful bout of shingles on my back a few months ago so a friend recommended St John's Wort Oil. My husband dabbed it on to the blisters every day and it seemed to help. (St John's Wort Oil. £5.30 from www.expresschemist.co.uk for £5.30).

Try drinking lots of pear juice if you suffer from shingles. It contains antiviral caffeic acid, which fights the virus.
