When I've got sinusitis, Otrivine Sinusitis Nasal Spray is the only thing that makes me feel human again. It unblocks me really quickly and only costs £4.59 from www.expresschemist.co.uk.

I used to get sinusitis regularly when I was a kid until my mum started giving me mangoes to eat regularly. As an adult, I looked them up and found they contain a lot of vitamin A, which helps form healthy tissue that can help prevent as well as treat sinusitis. I hardly ever get it now.

Eucalyptus and menthol infusion (comes in bottle you add to hot - not boiling - water - £1.53 from chemists and inhale) unblocked my nose, not too overpowering but definitely worked. Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinus spray (£1.99 Boots) also worked for me during the day. I have already had an operation three years ago to correct my blocked sinuses but alas it has not worked.
