Relief from dyspepsia
My nan swears by this quick fix for indigestion. Drink a cup of mint tea with a spoonful of honey in it. Both calm and soothe the digestive system.

I've suffered from heartburn for years and was always chewing antacid tablets. Then one day I noticed Pepcidtwo at my local chemist. The box said '12 hours relief' - and that's exactly what they gave. There are cheaper antacids in the shops, but I'm happy to pay a bit more as the relief lasts longer with these. I paid £3.49 for 12 tablets at Boots.

I have suffered from Chronic indigestion for about 20 years. Nothing helped and I used to spend hours up at night in agony. My new neighbour told me to try warm milk with a sprinkling of white pepper on the top. I have tried this 5 times now and it has worked within 1/2 an hour every time. Brilliant! Try it, don't aks me how or why it works but it does.
