Relieving the pain of bursitis

Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

Maureen Hawkins, 38, Failsworth, Manchester

My husband had bursitis in his shoulder. His specialist recommended doing 'itsy bitsy spider' to increase and improve his movement. He had to crawl his hand slowly up a wall like a spider and gradually he was able to move his shoulder more and more.
