Coping with stress
I swear by Bach Rescue Remedy whenever I've got a stressful situation like an exam or a test coming up. It's made from flower extract and you just put a few drops on your tongue. I don't know how it works but it does! It costs about £3.95 for 10ml at www.hollandandbarrett.com and most chemists.

If you're stressed you're probably not sleeping properly. And the less sleep you have, the more stressful you will find your life. I made myself go to bed at the same time every night, whether I felt tired or not, and got up at the same time every morning, I got my body clock into a healthy cycle and I've now, after three weeks, started waking up feeling refreshed. But you've got to decide on your sleep routine and stick to it.
