Dealing with hives
The itching is the worst thing about hives, it drives me mad! Eurax cream normally helps and you only have to apply it once or twice a day. Eurax cream is £3.55 for 30g.

For itchy rashes and hives, try milk of magnesia. My mum always used to have a bottle of it in the house for when we had rashes. Dab it onto affected areas. It's alkaline so it helps to remove the itchy feeling.

Hi there, I'm a 47 year old mum of two who suffers from cronic urticaria(hives). I have my good days and bad days, as I have suffered for the past 6 years. I would love to hear from anyone who also suffers as this would give me support as today was a bad day. I know it should'nt get me down as there are plenty of people at there who suffer more than me but sometimes I wonder why me !!!!!!!!! As I said 6 years ago I was going about my usual business( getting ready for christmas actually) I was making my xmas holly wreaths for my usual customers(about 25 people) when my hands starting itching,by the end of the night both hands where really bad. It got so bad I couldn't even hold a cup of tea. Well I still itching and need some fellow support, help !!!!!!! Keep smiling Julie x
