'Make sure you are comfortable at night. Your bedroom should be for sleeping in, not using your computer or watching TV. If you do have these things in your bedroom, then try to ensure they are both out of sight and out of mind when you need to get some sleep.'

I read an article in CHAT Magazine Issue7 dated19Feb09 about a girl who started using Patch-It on her feet each night and after a short time was able to get a full night`s sleep Perhaps you could let me know where I could purchase these patches.
