How to deal with hives
'Chronic urticaria [Hives] can last for a long time. It can disrupt your sleep pattern, make you feel awful, and some people even feel so bad that they would think about committing suicide to get rid of this intractable, terrible, awful itch. The good news is that all patients with urticaria will eventually get better. However, some may need extra tablets and extra intervention from dermatology units. Take antihistamines regularly, and you must take them every day to try and prevent the urticaria rather than to treat it.'

HIYA, I'm Julie and I've been suffering from hives for 6 years now. I was under hospital control with ant-histamine tablets for about 5 years, they kept monitoring me,taking blood tests and all sorts. I was then directed to a nutrionist who said it was down to what I eat.I've tried differant methods and I'm now getting really depressed with it.The only comfort I have is to know I'm not the only one. x
