Easy ways to prevent a heart attack

Dr Chris Steele, GP and resident doctor on ITV1's This Morning, on heart attack
Average rating: 4 out of 5 star rating

'Eating the recommended five portions of fruit and veg every day can help protect us against heart attack, heart disease and cancers. Most people don't eat more than three a day, despite strong evidence that dark, deep-coloured fruit and veg are so good for us. Go for tomatoes, broccoli, blueberries and highly coloured foods. A portion equals a handful.'
