Dealing with dermatitis
I used to get red, itchy patches on my hips and legs until a friend suggested I might be allergic to the nickel in my jeans studs. I stopped wearing my jeans for a few weeks and sure enough, the itchy patches cleared up. Now I avoid any clothes with metal studs.

My hands used to get raw and itchy but the creams my doctor recommended didn't work. Then a friend told me about Gloves in a Bottle. It's a spray that creates an invisible barrier between your hands and whatever's irritating them. Now I spray it on three times a day and my hands don't itch half as much anymore. It costs £4.99 for a small bottle or £9.99 for a big one from www.giab.co.uk.
