I understood what prickly heat means for the first time in my life only after reading this simply written article and i am not ashamed to declare this. God richly bless you. Just say 'Amen'

Two years ago while on holiday in I spent a depressed evening sitting at a cafe table watching hundreds of people walking past and I swear not one of them had 'prickly heat' rash to the extent that I do. (I find the rather twee term 'prickly heat' rather inappropriate as it in no way describes the horrendous rash that appears on my skin). It was particularly dreadful that year - up both the back and front of my legs, on the tops of my feet, the backs of my hands and up my arms and across my chest. I used antihistamine tablets and calamine lotion to control the itching and tried to keep out of the sun as much as possible. I've just returned from a week in Cyprus and took some prickly heat lotion from Makeup UK Ltd (www.SkinCareResults.co.uk) with me and what can I say but you have changed my holidays.
