Quick tip for relieving constipation in children

When my daughter was constipated and we'd done all the right things to make her go, I realised all she needed to do was get active to ensure her bowels got moving. So when she refused to try to go to the loo again, I'd get her and her brother out for a run in the garden. After five minutes of laughing and chasing her around she soon wanted to go to the toilet!

I also find that exercise for children with constipation does work and I think that upping the childs fluid intake and ok course plenty of fresh fruit and veggies are great too.
