right, my mom used to give me warm milk to get a good sleep. but I have read than milk is no good for adults causing some health problems. I mean too much milk. so if you don't sleep well such remedy can do even harm

I hate to say this is only helpful if you have very mild sleep issues I have had chronic insomnia for 25 yrs and have tried every remedy under the sun !
