Send us a secret, tip, story or recipe
Do you have a secret that you want to confess to Jeremy Kyle?
Have you got a story everyone should hear?
Maybe you have a favourite recipe you want to send?
Or perhaps a tip you want to share with us?
Whatever you want to tell us, please follow these instructions.
We're not expecting a small book, and no, you don't have to be able to write like Jilly Cooper! All you need to do is tell us what happened to you, or what your tip is in your own words, or send us your own recipe. Don't worry about spelling things right, or putting commas in the right places, we'll do all that.
- Type the name of your secret, story, tip or recipe into the Subject line, for instance, My tip on the best way to chop onions.
- Then fill in your email address.
- Finally type your story, tip or recipe into the Your Comment box.
- Don't forget to tell us your name, age and where you live.
- When you're happy with what you've done, click on Submit. And that's it!
