Coping with neck pain
I used to suffer from terrible neck pain, until someone suggested I change my pillow and mattress. I hadn't realised how much difference it would make. Something as simple as that cured my problem.

I have been very pleased with a heated neck collar that you pop in the microwave. It's comfortable and really helps with the pain. I got it from Essential Aids and it costs £23.79.
