i started with pains in my hips it just felt like id been on a ride and been knocked about i felt sore then the middle of my back started to heart it started in the middle of august it is now november i carried on working but the more i worked the worse it got when i sit down its great it takes the pain away my hips seem to heart a bit but not to much i get pains in my ankles.thighs,sometimes in knees not a lot shoulders,neck,wrists,when i use my hands my fingers curl up,and go into like cramp if i do something for to long,more times than not icant close my fingers and there nerly always partialy bent i.ve had test for r arthritis and i dont have that thank hevens. also when i have my hands above my sholders they go weak, please can you help
