Getting your kids used to putting in lenses can be difficult. A good tip is to make sure their eyes are moist, so try using an eye wash like Optrex.

To get lenses in, we got Katie to help by pulling her lower eyelid down a little and then moving her eye side-to-side before closing it. This means the contact will sit over the eye properly. It takes a bit of practice, so keep going
