Living with endocarditis
If you know that you are at increased risk of developing endocarditis then you should always carry an endocarditis warning card. There are two types - a general card with information about the normal antibiotic treatment necessary (penicillin antibiotics) and one for people who are allergic to penicillin, who must be given an alternative.
