How an alarm clock can help SAD
I get a mild form of SAD, which I suppose you can call winter blues. One of the things that really helped me was getting my internal bodyclock reset when the clocks change ever year.
My friend recommended this special alarm clock made by a company called Lumie. It wakes you up naturally, by slowly lighting up as if it was dawn in your bedroom. It may sound weird, but it's worked for me. This Bodyclock costs £59.95 and you can get them from places like John Lewis, or their website (www.lumie.com)
