You're more at risk of a deep-vein thrombosis from sitting in your chair for too long rather than flying, so it's important to start moving more, especially if you sit at a desk at work.

  • Send 10 fewer emails every day. Get up and go and talk to your colleagues instead
  • Sit up straight when working to avoid constriction to your blood flow. Then move every 15 minutes to raise your heart rate and increase circulation, even if it's just a good stretch
