Are your colleagues making you sick?
It's the time of year when suddenly everyone is coughing and spluttering at work. You're feeling run down but is it bad enough to be at home?
Your colleagues would rather you did go home when you have a cough or cold, according to a report by Covonia, to stop germs being spread around the office.
The cough syrup company surveyed 4,000 people and found that one in three blamed their workmates for giving them an average of two colds a year.
Adults spend about 13 days a year suffering from coughs or colds but most of them struggle on and don't take time off work.
