Skin-saving smoothies
Smoothies and juices are a great, instant way to get a boost of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to help your skin and acne, in particular. They're easily absorbed by the body as well as being delicious. Have them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to help your body digest and absorb them quickly. Leave at least half-an-hour before eating any other food.
