Things that can save your life: Sex and a mirror
5. Have sex
It's long been known that having regular sex can reduce stress, but there's now proof that it can do even more good for the body.
When you have an orgasm, your body produces something called oxytocin which helps fight insomnia.
Oxytocin has also been linked with pain relief and can soothe everything from PMS to lower back pain.
Having sex can also boost your immune system and protect you against colds and infections.
6. Look at yourself in the mirror
We all look at ourselves, even if some of us are a bit uncomfortable with the view, but how often to do you really look at yourself properly?
Some cancers can be spotted simply by noticing early symptoms in our body. Lumps are often far easier to spot in a full-length mirror, especially in your breast or under your arm, as are potentially cancerous moles. And for men, testicular lumps are also easier to examine using a mirror.
