9. Have a stretch
Back pain is the second most common reason that people take time off work and it costs companies more than £5bn every year.
So instead of spending all day scrunched in front of the computer, make sure you get up and stretch and walk about regularly.
Developing strength around your stomach and lower back will protect you from injury. So try a few sit-ups every day and keep your back from seizing up!
10. Eat breakfast
Making sure you leave the house in the morning with a belly full of cereal and fruit could be the best thing you do each day.
Eating breakfast has been shown to reduce the risk of obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes, among other conditions.
Children who eat a proper breakfast have also been shown to perform better at school that those who don't eat anything.
Skipping breakfast can also lead to tiredness, lack of concentration and increase the likelihood that you will eat unheathily.
