Pam, about 1 year

Dear Dr Chris, I'm 23 years old and never have any health problems . Recently, I have problems with sleeping. It takes me so long or almost all night to get into sleep. I will keep thinking about random things. i do not have any problems with studying or my life. I'm very happy. I just can't stop thinking even when i'm going to sleep. That, of course, affect to my daily life. I woke up late and get moody easily. I really worry about that, what should I do?
