Why am I always ill?
Do you feel as if you've always got a cold? Are you constantly tired and rundown? Does it seem as though you're ill more often than other people? Well, perhaps we can help.
There are some people who seem to be superhuman, aren't there? They never ever get ill, while you're coughing and spluttering and trying to cope after another terrible night's sleep.
Are some people more prone to colds than other, or is there another explanation? We talked to nurse and broadcaster Kathleen McGrath and This Morning's Dr Chris Steele to find out what you should do if you feel this way and what the problem could be.
