Jade Goody has lost her battle against cancer. She died at home at 3.55am on Sunday after slipping into a coma, according to Now
Courageous as she faced death, Jade married boyfriend Jack Tweed last month and her new husband was by her side with mother Jackiey Budden when she passed away.
The Big Brother star, 27, leaves behind young sons Freddie, 4, and Bobby, 5, from her relationship with Jeff Brazier, 29.
Jade hoped to find the strength to spend Mother's Day with her boys but it wasn't to be.
Fans have started to lay flowers outside the reality TV star's home in Upshire, Essex, where she passed away.
In tribute, Prime Minister Gordon Brown has called Jade 'a courageous woman both in life and death'.

I was very sad this morning when I woke up to the news that Jade had passed during the night. My first thought was for Freddie and Bobby as its mothers day. I can't help but think of the irony. Mothers everywhere today will be thankful that they are spending the day with their children. My thoughts are with all of Jade's family and friends and will forever be with Bobby and Freddie. In them Jade will live on. Two beautiful boys who are and always will be a credit to Jade. Jade's story is an amazing one, she had a fantastic life and I am so happy she married her love Jack Tweed. My thoughts are with Jack too at this heartbreaking time for him. Jade's tragic story has highlighted cervical cancer to women all over the world and I'm sure the coverage of this story will in time save many womens lives and prevent families going through what Jade's family are going through at this sad time. Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am in a thousand winds that blow, I am the softly falling snow. I am the gentle showers of rain, I am the fields of ripening grain. I am in the morning hush, I am in the graceful rush Of beautiful birds in circling flight, I am the starshine of the night. I am in the flowers that bloom, I am in a quiet room. I am in the birds that sing, I am in each lovely thing. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there. I do not die
