Video: Are you eating yourself sick?

Average rating: 3 out of 5 star rating

Is it possible that an undetected allergy could be causing your IBS, migraines or tiredness? Dr Hilary explains all in this video

Could it be that common illnesses like IBS, bloating, migraines, tiredness and arthritis are caused by what we eat?

New research shows that these illnesses are all symptoms of chronic inflammatory disease - which 45% of people in Britain suffer from at some point in their lives.

Dr Hilary says: 'Earlier in the year scientists found a direct link between the foods we eat and inflammation in tissues of the body. They found inflammation as the result of food allergens causing problems with joints, skin and other areas.'
