Why everyday conversation can influence anorexia
'We talk non-stop about how many chocolate bars we eat, how much fat we eat, how many times we go jogging, how many portions of fruit and vegetables we are eating every day. Very vulnerable children, the ones who are already obsessive types, are hooked into it at an earlier and earlier age.'
Dr Dee Dawson, medical director of Rhodes Farm Clinic, London

You wish that you'd been anorexic, it's a f****** mental disorder you don't want it ...trust me i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy i wish more than anything i could eat properly and not have to restrict what I eat but i can't i can't this thing has such a grip on me and i can't shake it off you don't ever ever want anorexia because it'll end up controlling you, what you can eat, wear,do ,when you can go out ,exercising etc so to anyone who's trying to 'devolp' anorexia as a quick way to loose weight or for thsoe idiots who think it's a cool diet it isn't it messes you up if you want to loose weight or you need to ,go to you doctor/dietican who will formulate a diet plan for you.People shouldn't been eating under 1200 cals a day and that's minimum ,go to the gym about 3 times a week and just eat a healthy balanced diet that's the good way to loose weight :)
