James says: 'Nasal sprays are good for treating symptoms and preventing hay fever but you need to start them before the hay fever starts.
There's a variety of nasal sprays available now so it's best to get advice from your pharmacist to see which one is best for you.'

I would suggest,that before atarting to use nasal sprays etc., a visit to an Allergy Conultant would be advisable as some medications sold over the counter can do more harm than good.
