The hay fever season lasts from around March to July, but experts say that the season is starting earlier and more people are suffering from hay fever. What else can I do?

James has these top tips to keep the symptoms of hay fever at bay:
* Wear sunglasses - great for cutting eye symptoms
* Use a barrier cream in the nostrils
* If in any doubt visit your Boots pharmacist - they've all been trained to offer advice on hay fever and there's a huge range of products to choose from.
