Common colds

Colds affect everyone in winter and although they're not serious, they can make you feel rotten. What can I do? Eat greenery - dark green leafy vegetables all help your body fight infections and boost your immune system. We've got lots of tasty recipes with spinach and kale. Turmeric and ginger are also proven to help to boost your immune system, so try one of our currys. Make sure you get your five a day. If eating lots of fruit sounds like hard work, rustle up a fresh fruit juice instead - try one of our fruit smoothies. And get your eight hours of shut-eye.
