Remedies for acne

Remedies for acne

My daughter suffers from acne and she grew her hair long to try and disguise it. It turned out that because of the hair spray and gel she was using she was making her acne worse. She tied her hair back for a few weeks and her acne has improved a lot.

Some acne creams are good at getting rid of the spots, but leave the redness still there. I've found a product called Freederm which treats the redness as well as the acne - and it doesn't have that strong chemical smell a lot of the other creams have either. The gel costs £8.95 from chemists, such as Express Chemist.
