just eat more et good things that help your body funtion like pasta bakes

I am currently recovering from anorexia and have been out of an eatting disorder unit for about a month and at times are doing well but then at other times i am really struggling. I was just woundering if any one can give me advice on weight gain as everything seens to be going on my tummy and my arms and the bottoms of my legs are still really thin. Also I would just llke to say that the people how help their families and freinds through this illness are fantastic people and desserve a medal as they are put under tremendus physical and emotional stress. they too are affected by the illness not only the idividula suffering.
