Treating athlete's foot

Treating athlete's foot

The quickest and easiest treatment for athlete's foot is probably in your fridge. Dab plain yoghurt that says 'bio live' or 'live bio' on the carton on the affected areas and the live bacteria will help fight the fungus.
Carol Ringwood, 41, Workington, Cumbria

I couldn't get rid of my athlete's foot, until a friend recommended Tea Tree Oil. I washed my feet every day in a warm footbath with five drops of tea tree oil and it worked a treat. Mine cost £3.99 from Boots and was called Botanics Aromatherapy Pure Essential Oil - Tea Tree.
Leanne Morris, 32, Oxon, Oxfordshire
