Chew on parsley leaves to get rid of bad breath. They've got lots of something called chlorophyll in them which neutralises bad smells, so your breath will smell fresh.

My boyfriend had a real problem with bad breath but found Retardex Oral Rinse Mouthwash helps. It comes with peppermint flavouring in a separate container, so you can have it minty or not. It is a bit expensive at £7.95, but it works!
