How to deal with thrush
Everyone suggests using live yoghurt to cure thrush, but garlic works just as well as it's a powerful antifungal. If you eat two cloves a day, or if you don't like the smell, take an odourless garlic supplement, and that should keep thrush away.

I used to use cream for thrush but it never seemed to completely get rid of it. Canesten Combi's combination pack has a pessary in too that you put inside you using a tampon kind of thing. It's not cheap but it knocked my thrush on the head.

I found all the information on the page very helpful and will indeed try the garlic first, thrush has been part of my life now for many years and didn't know bout garlic.
