They charge a lot for p&p I recently ordered some goods, however they were out of a couple of items, They would not reduce the huge p&p that was calculated on the heavier goods that they did not have. Not happy, Beware

The service from ACHICA is shocking !!! They often fail to deliver items and then you have to chase them forever for a refund . To be avoided unless you have a huge amount of patience !!

Avoid at all cost. I ordered a matterace which was supposed to be delivered 4-8 December 2016. The website updates did not provide any information, only that the ordar was updated. What did it mean to me ? Nothing. I chased my order via their online mail. Most of the correspodence treated an email asking for more detail or information that they did not know what ahppened ISSUE RESOLVED!!!!! At the end I received an apologetoc email that they do not know when the stuff can be delivered. But money was taken from my account in November THIS COMPANY PROVIDES AS LITTLE INFO AS POSSIBLE, AS LITTLE CONTACT AS POSSIBLE. I suspect that their main business area is to get interest from pre-payments rather than from actual sales. Ach(eat) ka in my oppinion.
