Relieving back pain

Relieving back pain

When I was pregnant I had terrible sciatica, but I couldn't take painkillers. A friend suggested heating up some olive oil and rubbing it in to the painful areas. It's a really soothing remedy and got me through the worst bits.

I get a bad back and find the Scholl Back Massage Cushion really helps. I found it cheapest online at Amazon.co.uk for around £30.
